A Simple Question Changed Everything
In a country known for gastronomy, wine, and culinary craftsmanship, we started wondering:
Why do we end nearly every meal with coffee or tea?
Not because we don't love them—we do.
But because we believe our local fields have stories and flavors worth discovering too.
As coffee and tea face growing environmental challenges around the world, we saw an opportunity to create something different: roasted beverages crafted from ingredients grown closer to home, inspired by French agricultural traditions.
That's how BIBO was born.
A new generation of hot beverages. Rooted in France. Crafted for today. Naturally caffeine-free. Rich, roasted, and endlessly comforting.

In a world where our beverages often travel farther than we do, BIBO draws inspiration from French roots and traditions to bring greater meaning to one of life's simplest rituals.
We believe what we drink matters — not only for the pleasure it brings, but also for its connection to the people, places, and ingredients behind every cup.
That's why we craft naturally caffeine-free roasted beverages from carefully selected ingredients grown closer to home, celebrating the richness of French terroirs and culinary heritage.
Benjamin, founder of BIBO
Passionate about agricultural issues and after studying them at Imperial College London, Benjamin discovered those of coffee production and set out to find solutions.
Drawing on his personal history and in particular his childhood spent in the Limousin countryside, Benjamin wants to make his contribution with BIBO to healthy and sustainable development and consumption patterns.
Made in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
It is in Libourne, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards that BIBO was born!
We set up our workshop there and since then, there has been a wind of renewal in French drinking culture.
