Ingredients
1 cup of Bibo
3 tsp condensed milk (if sweetened, no need for sugar)
1 tsp of sugar
2 egg yolks
Recipe
We start by infusing our Bibo.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, condensed milk and sugar until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Pour Bibo into your cup, cover with the egg cream.
Leave to rest for a few minutes while the egg cream cooks using the heat from Bibo.
Sprinkle with cocoa,
