The recipe for chestnut cake, reusing the remains of the infused Original! An anti-waste and delicious recipe proposed by Mégane.
Ingredients
160g chestnut flour
180g of sugar
10cL of milk
10cL of oil
4 eggs (including the beaten whites)
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract
3cL of Rum (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Recipe
Mix the dry ingredients (yeast, sugar, flour, salt) Add the egg yolks, milk, oil.
Add the vanilla extract and the rum.
Gently incorporate the whipped egg whites
Add the leftover Bibo on top before baking.
Bake for 26 minutes at 140°C (Optimal cooking after tests 😋)
