The Irish Bibo...Revisited!

Do you like cocktails? Do you know Irish Coffee but want something even more original?

Here is the recipe revisited by @corentin_barista with a buckwheat Shochu which goes perfectly with our L'Original blend.

To be consumed in moderation of course ;)


3cl of buckwheat Shochu

4cl of infused Bibo

2cl of non-fat liquid crème fraîche

1.5 cl of ginger syrup


Prepare the whipped cream by whipping it vigorously (works better if it has been placed in the freezer 15 minutes before!)

Heat the Shochu with the ginger syrup while stirring (without boiling).

Infuse the Bibo for 5 minutes.

Pour the whiskey into a glass.

Add the Bibo (to make layers, use the back of a spoon).

Add the cream on top.
