Bibo Crème Brûlée

Ready to taste an ultra gourmet Bibo?


1 cup of well-brewed BIBO Original

1 cup of milk/vegetable juice

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of caramel

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar 


Prepare your BIBO as usual and pour it into a cup.

Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat with the sugar and the caramel syrup or liquid caramel until the sugar is dissolved.

Use a whisk to create foam on the hot milk.

Pour the frothed milk over your BIBO drink.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top of the latte and scorch it to create a roasting effect.
